"

Between my dad and me, we've got 25 years of combined experience on these trailers. The biggest complaint Airstream owners have about shops in general is communication — your trailer sits, and nobody calls. That's not how we operate. I handle every estimate, every conversation, every update personally. He runs the floor and makes sure it gets done right.

What Customers Say

Real Work. Real Results.

After having repeated terrible experiences with Ewald airstream service department in Milwaukee (seriously DO NOT go there) we were thrilled to find Midwest Airstream. Clay and the team did not disappoint. They were thorough inspecting our trailer beyond just what we brought it in for, clearly explained the repairs they were recommending and estimated costs...and also offered options for reducing costs if needed. Great communication, service, and work. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back for any future service needs.

Midwest Airstream Service did a fantastic job repairing and replacing our damaged flooring, installing 2 Max Air fans, a backup camera, bathroom/shower fans, city water inlet, extending mattress base, new drawers under beds, pressure checking the trailer and many other items that needed to be tweaked on a 2012 trailer. They are an honest, hardworking and knowledgeable team. Already have a list started for next year!

Midwest Airstream has the most knowledgeable and caring staff that you will find anywhere! They serviced our 2021 International and did a deep dive to repair every possible issue. The Airstream looks brand new! In addition, Steve spent an hour with me when I picked it up in a new truck, helping me use the trailer camera to back up and connect it as well as check the lights. They go above and beyond what any other Airstream business has ever done. We will always be using them for service and (if ever needed!) repair.
